The terms under which Quantix Analytics provides testing
Scope of results
Analytical results describe the sample as received by the laboratory. They speak to that sample and that batch, not to any other production run.
Use of certificates
A certificate of analysis is issued for the use of the named client and may not be altered. Where a copy differs from the version served on this site, the version served here is the authoritative one.
Turnaround
Stated turnaround times are targets measured from sample receipt, not guarantees. We will tell you promptly if something will run long.
Superseded certificates
When a certificate is re-issued, the earlier one remains verifiable, because product already in the market may carry its label. A re-issue supersedes a certificate; it does not erase it.
Independence
Quantix Analytics is an independent hemp and cannabis testing facility. Results are reported as measured.
