How Quantix Analytics handles the information you send us
What we collect
Quantix Analytics collects only what is required to receive a sample, perform the analysis, and deliver a certificate: client contact details, sample metadata, and the analytical results themselves.
How it is used
Client information is used to process work, issue certificates, and communicate about the samples you submit. It is never sold, and it is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it.
What is public
A certificate published for verification contains only the information printed on the certificate itself. Nothing else about your account is exposed by the verification page.
Retention
Records are retained permanently so that every certificate we have ever issued stays verifiable. A certificate that could stop resolving is not a certificate anyone can rely on.
Security
Certificates are stored content-addressed and served with the SHA-256 hash recorded at issue, so a document can be checked against the laboratory of record rather than trusted from a forwarded copy.
